If my Original OC was My Hero Academia
This version of Reaper is like his original counterpart but different basically he has no fnaf2 endo ears only the upper arm parts, he has a Orb in the mid of his chest which holds his Soul and Quirks (will be explained in the next artwork) plus in the MHA verse Reaper has a full name which is Reaper Izanagi Shimigami.

Description:
Body - The torso, legs, feet, arms and hands are made of titanium mixed with tungsten and beryllium bronze.

Orb - The orb in Izanagi's chest contains a little white ball of light which is Izanagi's soul and quirk abilities(when copied), the orb is made out of a type of durable glass make it basically impossible to break.

Skull - Though it looks like Izanagi's skull is made out of cranial and facial bones it can take blows from powerful enemies like a Nomu and others and it would be fine thanks to his copy quirk which can copy any persons quirks along with their speed, strength and, durability.
