These two are members of Kismet Syndicate. They're both Spawns and used to live in Helgard and former members of the Helgard gangsters. They moved to the surface of the planet since their boss was captured by the Order. Evagoras is also a former snuff filmmaker.

What are Spawns? In Paradise's Promises Fiction, Spawns are pretty much flesh-made Demons and don't leave their fire upon death. They're described like Demons in Popular Medias. Powered by Infernal Curse, the power which originated from extraterrestrial Lord of All Darkness named Babalon. Shotspeed is lesser and Evagoras is more powerful than him, but his power was stolen by power hungry fighter who wanted to be a strongest fighter in the world.
