The whole picture was really just made with the brush tool on SAI. The only thing I did dfferently for the tail was set the brush to fuzystatic :'D

Aw thanks buddy xD I actually didn't use a whole lot of luminosity, believe it or not, only some in the tail and for the eyes/nose.
