And yeah.. I guess that's what I get for living in Florida. It really wasn't so bad though. I only went without power for a little over a day and a half.
At least I don't live near the coast. I feel so bad for anyone who does right now. Especially since there are so many storms still brewing out there ):

manageable conditions I suppose. Certainly could have been worse... and on that, I'm really hoping those on the coast are spared the rest of the storms wrath, they've been through more than enough for a lifetime... this hurricane season thus far has been a nightmare :<
though if anything good came out of it, I guess I have a hurricane that shares my name so people will finally pronounce it right, haha... but the death toll and property damage is not worth that in the slightest.

Its been especially hot this year. Really kind of miserable here in Florida haha. Everyone is saying that's one of the reasons there have been so many hurricanes?
Can't say I know too much about it but I do know this hurricane season has been scary...
And man I'm with you. I'm pretty bad at keeping in touch.

I know that feel all too well ;_; ey but maybe it's something artists can't see too well from their own perspective? Idk, I'm told people can tell when something's my style even when I disagree- and I can certainly recognize art by you at a glance!
yikes 3: could be a lot to do with the weather yeah- get the right mixtures of different air temperatures and it breeds storms like no tomorrow, though in all honesty the entirety of the lower coast and areas like DR are pretty swamped with bad hurricanes too, so it might be something out at sea too. Ahhh but I'm no weather-person, so it's all speculation. Would be nice if weather-savvy people could come up with a hurricane deterrent though lol
