I'm sorry this took so long. i experimented a lot with Bill's face on both pictures, and I'm not sure I'm happy with how it turned out. Sorry for laze backgrounds, too. Urgh...

IF YOU HAVE A QUESTION FOR BILL (it'll take me forever to answer it but still) I INSIST YOU ASK IT IN THIS JOURNAL ENTRY AND READ THE RULES:
