Das "commissure" ist was nahe der Mündung du sehen kannst...
En gros c'est le coin de la bouche quoi (j'ai appris ce terme grâce aux customisations de persos dans des RPG ou les sims)

and...in my charahub I created two characters which i had in mind. Well, first Isaac then Nathan (though i haven't finished him yet) 
After i finally gave Nathan a name , after few days your oc shows up
