I know, I know, I know! I should be working on requests. But I can't while I'm at work because it would look bad if I brought my tabbie to the bookstore and was just sitting here drawing away while I'm supposed to be working. So I colored some lines instead. ><; With the laptop mouse again, of course. It looks less like I'm doing nothing this way. But really, I have a lot of down time at work and it's cool with my boss if I bring my laptop soooo....

Anyways, this is Cricket. She's an eight-year-old Welsh mare, mated to Sacred (pic in gallery), and mother to Aurelie (pic in gallery, contest entry for *Twilight-Veil ). I don't really have much info for her yet, other than she does not live with Sacred - she actually has an owner and lives with her two-leggers. We'll say she was 'domesticated' shortly after Aurelie was weaned, just so everything makes sense. Aurelie is still part of Sacred's herd, along with her half-sister Sommer an Sacred's leadmare, Leija. Oh, and the two spots on Cricket's back are NOT pinto marks...they're just those little white splotches that horses get sometimes from saddles, scars, or are born with. I'm sure there's a technical term for what they are, but I don't really care. So yeah, Cricket is a BAY. Just a bay. Kthnx.

Whee. And there will be a family portrait coming eventually. Leija should be up tonight.

And I promose that I will knock at least one request off of my to-do list this weekend! Thank you all for being patient.
