Color Study based on a photograph of Petra, Jordan. Petra looks really cool. They have these ancient cave dwellings embedded in the rock. This is a modern hotel utilizing existing caves. You may remember the archaeological site in Jordan from Indiana Jones and the Last Crusade. This is a night study. I tried to push the colors more saturated than the actual photograph. This took me way too long to paint, but it was worth studying color and light.
