Description
Joe is the Aquos Brawler of the new brawlers. He takes his battles seriously and finds ways of controlling the field to his advantage which tends to put him at odds with Goku's more impulsive battle style and the two argue often. His serious personality is also opposite of his partner Amazon, but the two are still close friends.
