I went for the sketchy look on this one too, because it really seemed to fit.

Don't let them give you a shot at the hospital. It loosens your soul. Soon enough it will slip out and they'll snatch it and put it in a blender until it's dead. Then they mix it with vodka and call it a Russian Regret. They like the crazy souls best. They taste better. Why else would someone want to work in such a place? They're vampires, all of them. I can hear them bleeding. I can hear them all. My soul's next. I can feel it... I can feel it.
