Haha.. I clicked and read your reply to my comment before I looked to see what it was a reply TO--and an amusing train of thought progressed. "Who is she talking about? I have a fiance! Did I unknowingly comment on some cute guy? What is this coffee doing to me!"
Actually, there's a fun anecdote I could tell you dealing with a a joke between my fiance Gerry and I...
I loved stuffed animals as a little kid, and being such a packrat, I've still got a fair share of them around in the room. One of my absolute favourites is this life-sized, almost life-like tiger that sits on my bed. It's seriously HUGE! Early on in our relationship (mine and fiance's, not the tiger's..ahem) before we met IRL, I told him how I'd sometimes hold the tiger and imagine it was him. (The tiger's big and plushy, so was he--right?) And so Gerry decided that he was henceforth jealous of the tiger. It's been a bit of an inside joke since, that he's had to compete with that tiger for my love.
Of course, that's just a bit of silliness. We all know my heart is fully devoted to the tiger! *giggle*

I read that this morning, and it just made my day.
Huzzah for packrats! I have wrappers from random things in packed boxes; it drives my dad insane whenever he opens up a box that's mine to go digging through stuff. It's rather silly. However, I ran across a scrap of paper that I've kept for three years now, and it makes me glad that I'm a packrat. When I was a senior in HS, I went through an alternitive class for people who have trouble keeping up in mainstream courses (I.E., I didn't do my work, though if I had put half an iota of effort into it, I would have made top grades ><, and my teacher was just... fantastic. Once of those people that you will remember for the rest of your life.
Anyway, she had me read Waiting for Godot (fantastic screen play, btw), and write a paper comparing the meaning of the play to a real life circumstance. I wrote a rough draft, turned it into her, and she gave me a few notes to rough out and make into my second draft. I went from half a page worth of an essay into a four page paper. She read it, and wrote me a note, saying that it made her cry.
I miss her Anyway, that's me, rehasing and regaling you with my experience as a packrat.
I have a HUGE plushy panther that's just like that. I'm not hopelessly devoted to him though... that's Zip, my half an ounce beanie baby that's lived through years and years of abuse *snuggles him*

You know what they say - money is the root of all evil, taxes, and unwanted pregnancies.
....or something like that. I know what it's like to get treated like :shit: in the job department, it's a lousy situation all around. You need the money, but you get treated poorly. You quit, and you've got no money. Damn self perpetuating cycles! :shakesfist:
LOL! It's always great to get wishlist love ^^ *eyes bare room, sigh* Oh well. Must earn evil before I can cover up my white walls.

I know. It's a good thing I'm poor - I think if I had money, I'd be a shop-a-holic with fifty billion paintings/prints and no place to live.

o_o That would not fit in my room, sadly. .__.; Like I said; not much wallroom to begin with. Less wallroom means tiny floor space. ¬¬ And y'know what that means..
