Oh yes! Pokémon has got me again and this just a small proof the artworks I'll draw these next months, alright? 8(
Seriously, the last week Lisa aka =RaveLegend ~
used a Dragonair based nickname on MSN and that gave an idea for a quick Pokémon fanart: a Dragonair drawing, of course! 
So I guess you could say this kind of doodle gift. I mean, she inspired me to draw this, y'know?
Never forget it, Lisa: I love you SO much! 
~About the drawing? What I tried to do in this drawing was to attempt some kind of chibi Style I found in a Dragonair reference I saw and I think it didn't come out bad.
But if you wanna point out something or actually give some advices you can do it, go ahead, I'd like to hear them. 
And again I had to do the lineart on Photoshop due to I haven't got yet any good markers, that and my scanner ate the colors, it looks better IRL. >w>;;; Oh well, and don't forget that my backgrounds still sucking, I need to practice more with them

se ve bastante bien 0w0 me gusto como lo hiciste :3 aunque algo que podrias hacer con photoshop para arreglar los colores es jugar con los niveles :3 (Ctrl+L) suele ser util :3

Hmm.... advice? The only advice I could give you is to make the pearls around its tail look big enough to fit around it... other than that, I don't really see any other problems.
