well there are some ways it can be better... pick a VERY sunny day! follow the subject round with your camera.. if the person driving slows down take the photo quick before they speed up again!

It is remarkabley clear for a non sunny day. Binda and I were once in Hasting and he insisted on following around this scarey chav family so he could photograph them. I always get nervous and walk a few paces in front or behind when he stops.

Rob does the same, it's like he's afraid of being connected with me if the people i'm taking the photos of aren't happy. I don't usually follow people, but i smile at them a lot. Because i'm not quite 5' tall i think i look non-threatening and i get a lot of smiles back and they don't seem to mind having their photos taken.

oh it's not a telelens... i was just really close. That bridge bordered the road and i leant out the window to get the photo as we drove by.
