So this is kinda a "draw it again" meme?
I didn't follow the rules exactly
but the inspiration came from this old piece here:

I'd say a couple of things:
the old one took me two days, this one took roughly 2-3 hours
the colors just... Jesus Christ in the old one? so dull
also i drew this watching X-files
