Holy crap...My back is aching, my hands are cramped, my eyes are watery, puffy, and might start to bleed...
BUT IT WAS ALL WORTH IT :B

Note: this took me four days of... sitting at work and doodling xD Followed by... four days of sitting at my laptop with a hunch only Quasimodo could be proud of, sucking back jelly bellies like they were sanity medications and drinking OJ till I thought I might puke.
Good weeks work, if I do say so myself :F

Everything is so seamless with so many levels of detail.
You spend the first few seconds looking at the headdress before you notice the woman. Lovely skintone, hair and facial features, but she looks so longing.
She's too beautiful to be sad!
Great peice of artwork, expecially those godly awesome peacock feathers.

I really like the texture of the feathers, the shading on her skin was very well done, and the placement of blues works really nicely, especially with that explosion of blue feathers, really love the colours. And the bigness of her eye compliments the bigness of her hair and headdress-thingy
I think there's too much green space in the background, maybe you could crop it?? And she has a bit of an adam's apple.
