Dragoness Pouch WIP 4 - Now the dragonhead flap has been wet molded. I set the eyes in so you can see how it will look when assembled. I may add a tongue later.Related content

I hope my design works. Thats the nagging part about making origonal stuff. I could spend hours tooling something that might not even be usable. So far, I have been pretty lucky.

Yes, that is one of main risks associated with original works, but for me, I would much rather work on original designs, and this was only after a recent revelation I arrived at while I was working on a commission for a Paine cosplay. The entire experience was just dreadful, especially when I would mess up and it wouldnβt look like the design, so I couldnβt incorporate the hiccup into the design, I would have to start all over... But thatβs really great that youβve been successful all this time, really displays your leatherworking ability. ^_^

Oh, I've had to toss a few things myself. Thats how we learn and refine our skills, right? Growing pains can be painful though.

Yeah I agree, I hate spending so much time, especially on a new design, only to have to scrap it and start over, for some reason it seems to take twice as long lol. But you are right, we live, learn, grow and all that jazz.
