Description
(Another character made by my little cousin who I drew for him. All design specs follow his exact specification, as does the plot, save for vocabulary changes. And yes, this drawing is torn.)

Bio: A half human, half god made by a group called OSHIN, his body is made from Mecherin, which is also known as god cells. His special ability is his affinity for the element of Solar Energy. Since he and the other creations with OSHIN were made around similar times, Nokai is also technically a brother to the 5 other OSHIN members, but he has amnesia and doesn't remember any of them, nor does he know of his history whatsoever. He has a large bounty on his head for reasons he doesn't know, but freely lives life regardless of it and chooses to actively fight against evil because of a strong urge to do so from within that he believes may be connected to something that happened to him before he got amnesia. Because of the great power locked within Nokai, OSHIN only has one goal: Reclaim him or destroy him.

Powers: Nokai, due to being half god, ages much more slowly then normal people. He is physically strong enough to toss large trucks and vehicles with one hand, knock people through buildings, is fast enough to easily dodge bullets, and is tough enough to survive massive impacts and energy attacks. He possesses a vast healing factor and can heal from multiple severe injuries, like the destruction of his brain, or even most of his body rapidly. However, he can also still feel pain despite having a significantly heightened pain tolerance, and is not bullet proof. His main ability however, is his affinity for Solar Energy. He can use this power to manipulate solar energy and use it for offensive purposes. He can also fly.

Transformations: Refulgence Mode: Achieved after his friend Kid's head was torn off by the OSHIN member Jade, this state makes Nokai 10 times more powerful and he also gains the ability to manipulate fire.

Special Moves: Sunrise Energy Beam: Harnesses power from solar energy and fires it in a blazing hot, powerful beam.
Super Sunrise Energy Beam: A 10 times more powerful version of the previous one, used in his Refulgence mode.

Weakness: Nokai does have one grave weakness. As his Mecherin energy is stored within his torso, if it is pierced by a blade of any sort Nokai will be unable to regenerate from any damage at all till the blade is dislodged or removed. Alongside this, he will feel the combined pain of any pain he had ever felt up to that point. Even after the blade is removed, the wound itself will take 45 minutes to heal, and so will with any other injuries he receives during that time his torso is impaled. In combat, this is a major setback and can kill him, and though he has enough willpower to fight through it, the damage it can cause to him is quite severe.

(Special Facts:
1. Nokai isn't from Zelex's world, he is an entirely different character from a whole new universe.
2. Personally I think this is the most original character he's made so far.
3. There are only 5 OSHIN members, and each has a different Elemental Affinity/Special Ability. Their names are: Jade(Fire), Raful(Earth), Treful(Nature), Sin(Darkness/Vampirism), and then Min, the leader and the most powerful of them all.(Telekinesis/Psychic)
4. Nokai lives in the year 2060.
5. My little cousin didn't exactly give him an age, but it seems he's a young adult and not over 21.
6. A good amount of inspiration for this character likely came from Dragon Ball Z.
7. This is actually one of Andrew's non Science Fiction based characters. It mixes up elements from Fantasy.)

Story Arcs:

OSHIN's Game: Nokai begins being attacked by strange beings and people with powers like his own who wish to reclaim him, calling him a "traitor" and brother. One day, the first OSHIN member, a fire elemental named Jade attacks a city to draw out Nokai and after causing an extremely high amount of destruction, gets in a confrontation with Nokai's best friend Kid. This battle leads to him being severely injured, and Nokai runs in to find Kid's head being brutally torn off. After feeling a burning rage, Nokai changes into his Refulgence mode for the first time and defeats Jade in the ensuing battle. Learning more about OSHIN and their plans for the practical genocide of regular human beings, Nokai sets out around the world to defeat them. After defeating the next member in line, Raful, he has a encounter with OSHIN'S leader, Min for the first time, being completely outmatched and nearly dies upon being impaled through the stomach. Min uses his special move, Psycho Blast and destroys the city, and almost manages to kill Nokai, who successfully managed to free himself from his impalement and defend himself from the blast just in time. Once he recovers, he fights Treful and moves onto Sin, and after a long battle, encounters Min again. Using all his strength he finds Min still outclasses him, but refusing to give up, he gathers all the solar energy he can from the sun in one big blast that destroys Min and ends OSHIN once and for all.

Journey Of Time: A few months later after the destruction of OSHIN, Nokai learns of a strange and terrifyingly destructive seemingly sentient being called Chaos, located in the edge of time, which travels along the time stream and seeps into different timelines, creating utter havoc and destroying them, disrupting the flow of time. Deciding to search for it and destroy it after learning of it's dangerous properties, he realizes the energy has corrupted the four Guardians Of Time, Infinity, Space and Life, who under Chaos's influence believe that it is doing the right thing. He must travel through various points in time, defeat them, collect the shards of Chaos and destroy the source of it before it is able to spread and destroy more timelines.
