Yay february 16th~~ -wiki's because tired-

The Act of Independence of Lithuania was signed by the Council of Lithuania on February 16, 1918, proclaiming the restoration of an independent State of Lithuania, governed by democratic principles, with Vilnius as its capital.

.. that, and it's hetalia!Liet's birthday. happy b-day/independence day, Liet (&Lithuania(ns)) ; p

..also idk if it's feb 16th already in DA time, but it's been for 5 hours in my time zone, so there. xD

ongz perspective killed me plz. but it turned out a bit less failing than it looked at first -played around with the perspective editing thing in photoshop a bit- so yay~~
