A hybrid of berdysh (Russian halberd adopted as a bipod for musket) and a musket itself. Such a nice anchestor of every firearm equipped with the bayonet.

I've actually heard of guns with more than ten barrels, but they used electric firing mechanisms. Mechanically it can be difficult to get the moving parts working right for multi-barrel setups - I wonder how well it all held up over periods of use (although being a just-in-case kind of weapon, I'd imagine it was meant to be refurbished after recovery).
