This piece is entirely awesome.
I don´t know how, but you had taken Flutterhy to a new level!
Well, first of all, at first sight I thought she was Blair (from Soul Eater), also beacuse her teeth.
Her mane! OMG no one had thought on doing that, her eyes are both creepy and kinda cute, fits perfectly!
I don´t know really all about equine fisonomy, so I can´t tell that her pose (specially her rear legs) isn´t realistic, I say that´s perfect!
The colours weren´t too "shiny", those have more "saturation", and it´s a great choice for this pic, related to the theme.
And last but not least: her wings.
I have been looking that many artists doesn´t make a good position for the wings, beacuse those are hard to do.
Again, you impressed me with it, you haven´t "hide" them, and you didn´t make a mistake with them, so I applaud you!
Well, it´s fair to say that this was AWESOMELY done, and this quality of fanart is what many people looking for.
So, it´s a perfect score for this pic, great! I´ll be waiting for more!

Dam this is Awesome!
The face is reminesent of an anime style Ive seen (cant remember atm) and the contracting color of the white and black hat widens the eye perspective (as thats kinda where it starts) then moves down so you take in the entire character which is very well done aesthetically on the anatomy. The facial expression still says that its Fluttershy while the mane and costume are different, and also shows both a shy side and a deviant side to her. The shading of the character is very appealing as you used a soft line which still has definition but has enough of a softness to it to go with Fluttershy canon persona and her warm color pallet. To fill the negative/empty space you add an orange pumpkin i the background which plays will with the off black color and the warm yello color of hte character. The use of shape pointed curved lines for the hair shading gave it its depth but you also used two lines of different colors to emphasize depth which makes it look even better.
