Dr. Wily had grown quite angered knowing that Mega Man and Dr. Light took his robot masters out his robot army (The Mega Man 2 and 3 robot masters) in the Archie Comics. So to not let his anger get the better of him, he created Phoenix Woman to let it all out. Created her with spare parts he meant to use when creating Heat Man. And to take it out on Mega Man. Equipped her with means to read minds and cause illusions that form of a purple flame aura.Personality:
Since she's a Fire-themed robot master, She's aggressive, Loud-Beak, mean (Only at Mega Man), hating, revengeful, edgy, violent, vicious, hotheaded, brutal, vile and angry. All trades are what Wily intended on her personality. But she won't let it out on her master. However, Phoenix Woman is known to be a potty-beak, using every offensive words at her enemies, it's due to upon wily programming her, he upload all profanity words by accident and created a part of her Advanced A.I invented completely by accident called Rofanity or Robofanity. Which is robot version of Profanity. For Examples: "Son of a Glitch!" "Crap Metal!" "Piece of Scrap!" (Hinting at crap) "You Blastard!" "Gas Hole!" "Go Oil yourself."
She hates Mega Man's hesitation to fight and wants to take that habit out of him, and she hates Mega Man's peace and wants to turn his smile upside down and make him angry. Most by mocking, insulting him. And She'll make it for Mega Man to want to fight, and in a fight, she'll show her more violent fighting style if Mega Man gets her from holding back. She likes to see her enemies angry, upset and outraged, exposure to anger from other feeds and fuels her fire power. She enjoys anger on her enemies and to make Mega Man lose self control. What makes it worse is when her enemies outburst of anger and aggression.
Her Weapons are Fire Wind and Phoenix Wing.
She's one of Mega Man's 3 pain in his neck. The other 2 are Virus Man and Buzz Saw Man
