LOL, when I saw the title I immediately thought of the movie 'Fargo'.
This is a really nice shot, I like the contrast alot, and the horizon works out great.

Nice image! I love the composition and how perspective is used in this piece to show the expanse of the area. The colours are a little dark, though, but it may be because of my monitor.

Because I like the photo. I guess it's not actually a nice place, but it's a good one for photographing. The field reminds me of Serbia, where I live. The part of Serbia where I live looks exactly like that. Fields, fields... I hate it too.
But we don't have a problem with temperature. The wind sucks big time, but the lowest winter temperatures are around -15 in this part of the country.

I have an extended incomplete for my msum class and we had to do book covers "murder in the red river valley" and I just wanted to make it a spin off of Fargo, the movie. I'm not from Fargo I only went to school there for two years.
