Is zbrush the actual rendering tool? Like Blender or Poser?

Zbrush is an actual program where you create 3D models from scratch. This dragon as well as my other sculpts started out as an armature with nothing but spheres and "sticks" - you slowly sculpt on that until you have your figure. Zbrush is the same program used to create character models for movies, video games, prototypes for toys, etc. It's a difficult program to learn, but well worth it since it's a highly desired skill in the fields.
I don't know anything about blender, but I've heard that Poser is just a program here there is already premade models that anybody can just pose in new positions... at least that's what I heard and seen from it.

Thank you for the prompt reply! And for all the information!
Poser isn't only premade models. One can also create new ones. It just takes a little more work. I had hoped to use the premade items for practice, then sculpt my own. Eventually I would like to make models of my dragon characters to animate and use for reference in my writing. It always helps to have a visual reference, even when writing, because it helps choose the right words for a scene. ^_^

I didn't really need an explanation, I was just trying to be funny, but thanks anyway & it looks cool.

cool c: I don't have zbrush so don't have too much helpful to suggest, the eyes do look a little cartoony compared to the rest, for example that last shot looks awesome, a bit more realistic and frightening than the rest, and I think it's because the eyes aren't as visible~

Head seems a bit too thin in my opinion. But still quite nice. I like.

Fantastic! The details, no front limbs, leathery texture, just amazing.

See, it's works like this that really make me want to get a 3d modeling program (when I finally get a properly working computer/laptop) and see what I can do.
I'm impressed with the amount of detail put into this creature, scales and all. ^~^

What exactly is a wyvern? I was thinking it was a baby dragon...but now...Β

Commonly a dragon has 4 legs and wings. On the other hand, wyverns have two legs and wings.Β
Or at least, I believe so =/
