Alright, now before I start, the info on critiques can be found here, and might help better explain why I chose the rating that I did help.deviantart.com/95/

You got the point of him hitting on her, across very well XD

Originality score is low since its fanart

"Technique – Was the artwork skillfully created? Does the artist exhibit advanced knowledge of the medium and/or bring special focus to the craft of the medium used. "

Alright, I see a few things that I think may need fixing. One, you have little to no shading, so I recommend just finding a light source, and adding strong shadows and highlights accordingly! two, the anatomy for his hand is a bit off. three the lines are a bit wobbly in some places,and are also very pixelated around the inner edges

"Impact – Does the artwork resonate with you or evoke strong emotions? Does it make you think? Does it blow your mind?"

I can't really be impacted by this too much, mainly because I usually really get feelings invoked by intricate scenery combined with detailed characters

Overall,pretty good job, you just need to work on the few things I pointed out :3
