Some more shots of my custom Albert Wesker Samurai Edge, based on the version seen in Resident Evil 5. I based my modifications on this picture: [link] The slide with 'Custom Kendo Shop' is off Barry's EdgeAll im really missing is the laser unit. The one i used before no longer fits with this rail as it sits too far forward leaving a big gap between it and the trigger guard
It could do with a bit more work, particuarly the putty parts (on the trigger guard and beavertail) and the rail could do with a respray and slight improvement. I might try remaking the beavertail using something other than putty as its difficult to get it smooth and doesnt look great when its sprayed. Will see what else i can do with it

1. This is NOT a real gun, its a gas blowback airsoft model
2. No i CANT remake this for anyone as i am unable to obtain the original STARS parts again (slide and grips)
I am working on putting together pictures of my entire RE collection so can hopefully post that up soon

I do take commissions, this is about the only thing i cant remake for people it wasnt easy for me doing this let alone making another one

aw man I have a samurai edge too! x_x stuck at my mother's house...ugh. Yes, it's an airsoft gun. Surprisingly it was pretty good when I used it in a match. Crappy part is the magazine is messed up. Gas kept shooting out after two shots.

I had problems with mine too, gas coming out the barrel. Mag is fine, problem was the blowback unit. Cant use this one now as the hammer doesnt work, apparently think its not compatible though bought it to fit my TM gun and it came in the TM hammer box so i dont get how its not compatible. Just a display model though i wouldnt use it much anyway

Yeah I kinda stopped doing airsoft already so my guns are gathering dust sadly. Nice model though! I only have the normal issue--not weskers -mourn!-
Can't believe how hard it is for you to keep your airsoft guns though. We just require the orange tip business (but I scrub mine off anyway for picture taking). Sucks though because I wanna take off the orange paint for my samurai edge so I can take pictures of it for a Jill cosplay. Unfortunately the convention I go to requires the orange tip as well.
LOL I recall a dude doing a Barry cosplay. He uh...brought the real Matilda. Needless to say, it was interesting as he and the staff argued.

I only have mine for collector/display purposes, they sit in my display cabinet with my RE stuff
Yeah this new law came in in like 2006, apparently to 'prevent crimes' which is completely useless as its not that difficult to buy a bright orange gun and spray it black. Same could apply to the tips though, just paint an orange tip on a real gun and people would think it was an airsoft gun. Lucky all you need are the orange tips, still ruins the look but alot less bad than ours. I've just found ways around the law to obtain the guns i have without them being painted. My revolver was painted but i stripped it all off as soon as i got it and my lugers need painted too to get through customs. Yeah i heard conventions require cosplay guns to have orange tips, makes sense though for security reasons

aw thats lame :/ gun restrictions suck. im glad i live in one of the few states in the U.S. that u can easily obtain assault weapons .

Yeah the US doesnt seem to care much about gun laws considering how easy it is to buy one. We have stupid laws here just on airsoft guns because they 'could be mistaken for a real gun'

Oh its much worse than that.. at least 51% of the gun has to be a 'bright colour' otherwise you cant tell its not a real gun
