Description
Despite unfit for human habitation, the tidally-locked world of Passion plays host to a wide variety of indigenous multicellular organisms. Most of these species mimic those that could have been found on some Old-Earth biomes, prior to the Exodus Event that drove humanity to colonize Passion's system.
Here the predator-prey dynamic of two species can be seen. A Plains Trunk Runner runs in pursuit of a herd of nimble Mono Sprinters along the banks of a small lake on the temperate steppes of Horizon's northern hemisphere.
In the far background are a pod of Quick Silvers in search if aerial photo-plankton as well as a school of Tag Sprites, a distant aerial cousin to the Quick Silver. Further back are Spine Trees also native to the steppe region.
