Description
I finished another this must be a record. These are really helping me to draw faster, them being sketches and all. This is my main OC, Valkyrja/Valka/Val (or what one OC calls her, V) and I feel pretty alright with how she looks here. Hopefully it sticks!
Again, I'm gonna leave some descriptions of these three below (Trench's is just copy-pasted from his sketch):
Trench (father of Valkyrja, herbal medic, mate to Tori)
♥ A substantial, black classic tabby NFC-Ragdoll mix with dense, long fur. His cheekbones are defined with a medium-length, scruffy muzzle and prominent chin. His round eyes are piercing green, contrasted by a dark "eye-liner." His whiskers are frazzled and long, ears pointed with dark tufts.
♥ A substantial (my third largest OC) tom with a heavy build and strong legs standing on hefty, furry paws. His fur is dense, but not as plush as his mother's, so his tail is shaggy.
♥ Trench is a handsome tom who focused his time on herbs and healing, of which both parents approve. Though approachable, he keeps to himself and his studies, but the colony knows him as the friendly, loyal tom he is. However, no one quite seemed to approve or understand his choice of mate in the fiery trickster rogue, Tori, whom he helped out of the colony's prison. Regardless, the colony recognizes his happiness with her and mourned with him when she passed during kitting.
Tori (mother of Valkyrja, trickster rogue, mate to Trench)
☻ A lithe, charcoal black rosetted-tabby Serengeti (non-pedigree) with a short, fine coat. Her cheekbones are defined with a long, squared snout. Her eyes are large and almost-shaped, coloured a pale amber (pupils are just style) with dark "eye-liner." Her ears a large, rounded, and upright, and her neck is long.
☻ An airy she-cat with a thin, medium-boned body with long legs and spry paws. Her fur is glossy but short and even, and so dark her tabby markings are barely noticable.
☻ Tori is a striking she-cat with a self-assured attitude and a sharp tongue to express it. Though not a violent cat, her motives and actions tend to be ambitious and fiery, and compared to the colony that "took" her in, her humour is quite dark and inappropriate. She keeps herself emotionally closed off to others, but found solace in Trench.
Valkyrja "Valka" (mother to Scarlet, Maple, Vivian, Cathe, General and Chief, mate to no one)
◘ A war-torn, black classic tabby Serengeti mix with dense, ungroomed, long fur. Her cheekbones are sharp with a long snout and scruffy chin. Her eyes are sleek and almond-shaped, coloured a piercing amber against dark "eye-liner" with her right scarred by three talon wounds. Her ears a large and pointed with dark tufts.
◘ A large, muscular she-cat with a medium-boned body on sturdy, lithe legs and hefty paws. Her fur is long and dense (less so than her father's), but often ungroomed, thus spiky. However, when groomed it's glossy and not shaggy.
◘ Valka is an imposing, brutal she-cat who was taken from her father's colony as a kitten, raised in war before escaping to a sanctuary colony where she grew to become their general, then chief. She stormed into power as fellow colony members admired her for her righteous, ambitious goals to save, protect, and defend those being exploited and oppressed, but it's nearly impossible to see passed her dark-grey morals and vicious attitude and behaviour. Her heart desires war and blood, but not over revenge, which she'll take regardless of what anyone has to say. She doesn't know anything about her birth parents, and her father's peaceful colony resents her.
Wish I had names for all these colonies. Whatev. I think my next one will likely be Scarlet, though I guess I'd have to do her siblings at the same time? Idk I'm tired I'll think of it later.
