if she is 75% plasma, does that mean that a weapon like a bullet for example can go through her? or is the plasma have some sort of physical weakness like it weakens in ice or something?

Well you're half right, she still has a physical body that can get hurt but the phasing through objects thing is a yes. The catch is that she has to physically prep for that.
(Ex: She sees a man point a gun at her, she can counter act the bullet by having it phase through.)
(Ex2: if she doesn't see the man, she dead yo lol)
Point being if she is concentrating and physically peeped, yes she can. Otherwise nah.
