OMG you would not believe how long it took to color. it took me three months to finally figure out how to color everything without deleteing the original shaded parterns like on the hill, or coloring the sky without deleteing anyof the stars with out accidently deleting all the black that was attached to the sky, and getting all the shadeing just right without some colors clashing with others like johnny and the hill or the hill with the sky.PLEASE COMMENT!!!!!! THIS TOOK ME A LONG TIME TO MAKE!!!!!!

sorry for asking but, i dont get the ending of the JTHM comics i just re-read all of them and i love the ending but it makes no sense to me. and when hes in hell and the devil was gunna tell johnny what Johnny wanted to know im like YESH!!! but then you dont find out....can you please help explain this *im only in my early teens so i ont really get it* xD

jhonen (the maker of the book) never wanted johnny's origins (back ground story) to ever be revealed. so nnys past is never told neither was his young life, how he came to be how he is, or his last name.
it is mentioned in his bio in the directors cut book that (quoted) " not much is known about johnny's history. all we do know is that his parents were killed by an evil man." that is the only info anyone has of his past events, even johnny himself doesint remember his young life.
as for the ending, well, it just basically says that he hates having emotion and starts his journey on trying to be "cold" aka emotionless. so basically in some views the story is just cut off.

that makes more sense....i never read that part of the directors cut so i have no idea why it ended like that i also read the part where the two people escape and they find Nny's body because he was shot by the robotic arm thingy.... and when the girl said there were no stars out and it was completly dark my younger sister was like "OMG!!!! NNY DIED SO THE STARS ARE GONE HE WENT OVER THE STARS!!!" then i replied back "read the next line...." then she said "oh....." but she wanted me to ask....was that the point of the whole no stars thing *i dont think it is...*

well the devil explained that after nny died the universe fell apart and it needed to be rebooted. nny was a flusher and the universe was kinda connected to him.
so the stars just dissapered because the universe was falling apart.

Well, trust me, it was well worth the time it took to color! I'm serious if Jhonen ever decided to colorize JtHM I'd recommend you in an instant. Then again I'd have to know this fucking mastermind in the first place and sadly I do not.

he talks to people on his twitter page. i dont want to be discoverd though for fear of being sued. although i may tell him once all the books are fully colored, includeing meanwhiles.
