Ah, it's okay. The good thing about gijinka is that it's what you determine as a human form for a Pokemon that matters.

Normally, a Gyarados gijinka simply possesses the scowl.

The real gyarados is much more cooler! :
Its amusing how he never closes his huge mouth and when a majestic pokemon like him smile with that mouth open, its kinda cool. Not that he really smiles but his eyes turns into the upside down U shape.
