We call it Todes Notizbuch [Notebook(not Laptop xD)] or easierly the same Word "Death Note". Because it sounds better.

Matt DOESN'T have red hair. But the fans seem to be ignoring that. If otherwise, many couldn't be able to tell the difference between him and Raito

Well, it's never stated what colour his hair is. And the anime colours are generally ignored XD The fan colours were colours that people came up with for the manga - which came before the anime.

There is no original, colored picture of Matt >.> Everyone just thinks that he has red hair or some kind of brown-tone.

This is because of the raster.
Different shades of raster for different haircolors in manga. Matt's raster is usually dark-red/brown in real colors.
Anyway: I love this, Blacky. You become better and better. But I didn't saw this color on Animexx? Hm~
