GIMP 2.2.6+
A set of Photoshop brushes made up of various "distressed" images. These work great for adding that distressed look to a wall or floor, and also work great for grunge textures. Things like rust, scratches, rusty holes, drainage stains, dirty and grungy textures, canvas holes, cracking and peeling paint, etc. Sizes vary from about 600 to 2300.

looks like cool, but i just can't get them work with my photshop elements 6

Are you unzipping them? Because they work with all Photoshop Elements from 2 onward. Where are you having trouble?

I'm not sure am I unzipping them... I just click 'open' after 'download' and then move the file to my brush folder. And this is the strangest part: They work sometimes and sometimes I have to load them again. And this problem repeats with all brushes I download form here.

What you need to do is double click on the downloaded file. Look for a place where it says "Extract" or "Extract the Files" - it will ask you where to extract them to. Name your Photoshop > Presets > Brushes folder, and it will "unzip" them right into your Photoshop brushes folder. The next time you open Photoshop, there there'll be, ready for loading!

Whenever I think it will be tough to find a brush for a specific project, you always come through for me. I'm trying to design an image to look like an old tin sign and these brushes appear to be just what I'm looking for.
