I love the richness and the intimacy you've worked into this piece through your use of those bold shades of blue and those piquant touches of yellow for the lights. Even though the streets are empty, the layered quality of your carefree strokes seem to lend a gentleness that speaks of inhabitation I think by focusing on the play of light and shade rather than work over detailing, you've managed to capture a whole lot more in this piece. It's very charming <3
