His life wasn't so easy then he thought, one day he become friend of the most beauty inkling, they was good friends, Oscar didn't know then she was a stand user, one day he heard a voice asking for help, he run faster as he can, he was almost late, he saw his friend was being stabbed until she couldn't move anymore, Oscar tried to defend her, he also grab the weapon that his friend was using to defend, and the gun has a bullet left, his determination gave birth to his stand "Tusk Pistols", he called for an ambulance to help her, his friend was in the hospital, but she passed away, Oscar decided to keep the weapon that his friend had, not only to remember her, to use it to unleash his stand abilities...
