Bruce Van Stomm is Buford's son in the future. Sure he acts and seems like a big bully at first, but when you really get down to it, simply, he started as a wimpy kid always getting bullied, but at age four, He turned into a bully just like his father. He then toned down his bullying when Rachel 'Ray Gun' Flynn came along, when she wanted to make real friends (from her parent's request with her cousin Amanda's advice)

For those who wonder who's Bruce's mother; Well, in the typical Phineas and Ferb fashion, Buford loved his wife, she died after giving birth to him, he then moved on. Simple.

By the way, To tell you guys the truth about his color scheme, I wanted his shirt to be plain red but I went with Process Red because I really don't want to waste all the red I'm using from my color pencils (and that goes for the tongue of his shoes too). So, the next time when you want to digitally color Bruce, May I suggest the shirt and the tongue of his shoes plain red please because that's his true color scheme. The Process Red is just an excuse for why I didn't color it with the plain red colored pencil. Okay, Did you understand that?
