This is Queen Titera (her name is a combination of Titania and Hera). A powerful fairy queen who ruled alongside her husband King Obereus 3,000 years ago. She has a single child; a son. She's a wise fairy queen who always weighs every decision before she makes it. She shows kindness and compassion to Classic Kylie even though the new fairy girl doesn't come from their kingdom. With her magical wings, she can trick would-be-predators into thinking she's a scary monster and fleeing, winning the fight without having to harm them.

She loves her son, and all of the fairy children who make their home within her kingdom. As Queen of the Light Gaia Fairies, she aids her husband and their army in doing battle against the Dark Gaia spawns. She is skilled in light magic, and has powerful psychic powers. With her telepathy, she's able to unite all fairies mentally during battle so that they may be more effective against their evil advesaries.

King Obereus has joyfully boasted that as strong as he is, his wife is stronger still, but together they are almost unstoppable. A real power-couple with both physical and mental prowess on top of their magical skill-sets. She is also a skilled healer, with a large area of effect, being able to fully heal her allies within a 7 feet radius (which is big for fairies).
