So I go Agent-Conspiracy for my February creature and they wanted a Kirin based creature that was like a silent ice spirit! I first thought that this was the worst design I have ever made but I'm starting to really like it now. Feel free to change anything that would like for this is now yours my dear. I hope you like it! <3Just some little things about him: He doesn't have a mouth where it would normally be, it's on his neck and always shows his emotions. His eyes are dead and don't really show any emotion. Also he's mostly blind. In place of his mouth is a lantern that is permanently stuck in his body. He has these little floating, flaming orbs around him but he doesn't seem to mind. Oh, and he has striped hooves. <33
