WELL WTF PHOTOSHOPphotoshop doesnt let me finish ~NintendoSegaFreak s comm. I had to delete it. WHICH SUCKS! I was almost done D:
Anyway I was thinking. Ive always wanted to draw a fancy dress. But I never had a reason to. But I thought maybe I could draw my irkensona in a dress playing the role of.. RULER OF THE GALAXY! MWAHAHAHAHAH!
After several failed dress ideas and color schemes I GOT THIS! Im proud of it except I had no Idea what to do as a bacground so I just scribbled. Anyway ENJOY!Red Art (c)

I see, I was just wondering cos that looks exactly like a Mardi Gras celebrater. (The dress is Green and Purple, very nice, bedecked with gold. And the eyelashes like a Mardi Gras mask. Really AWESOME! And now, while on that subject, we go to Venice! ONWARD!)

Thought so, even in North Louisiana Mardi Gras is a big thing. (Yay! That'll probably be... 150 Euros or so, so 75 each. *Finds a guy, discusses prices and pays him, returns and pays you your half of the change, let's say 25 Euros.*)
An OCT. I don't now the exact rules, but it's something like you draw a picture or write a story where your OC kills or at least defeats the other's OC they're up against. Then a judge decides which is better and that's the winner. Alternatively you can do an RP where they are fighting and the one that dies or is unable to fight any longer (or gives up) is the loser. And of course, no invicibility, no regeneration, no immortality, and no breaking standard physical laws. (Such as gravity, wind, speed of light, no invisibilty unless you can explain how it's done, etc.)

Really? You're Californian? I wouldn't've guessed. I need to go ahead and warn you: I have a thing about California. I don't know if it's a fear or just a dislike, but it's completely irrational. However, this doesn't apply to people from there so we can still be friends. Just letting you know that I do have a slight negative bias towards Californians that can be overcome. (I still give everyone a chance, and I don't think any less of someone for being from there. It's just like a quick wince and then I keep going and make friends (or not, depending on the person) and everything's happen and no problems. I don't know where this comes from and I've never actually been there so I try not to let it bother me so that I don't alienate all Californian (a huge mistake) and so that one day I'll be able to go there and see what it's like.)
Anyways, brief history of Mardi Gras: Mardi Gras means "Fat Tuesday" and is one of the statewide celebrations of Louisiana. It comes from the Catholic practice of Lent, where one is supposed to give up meat, alcohol, sex, tobacco, and their favourite pastime for forty days in honour of Jesus dying on the cross. Lent always ends on Easter Sunday, and is always forty days so it always begins on a Wednesday (Ash Wednesday). So many Catholics, knowing that they wouldn't be able to do anything starting the next day had a huge blow-out party where they ate and drank and ate and drank and etc on that Tuesday. Because they ate and drank so much people would often be bloated and hung over the next day, so it came to be know as the Tuesday for Getting Fat, or just "Fat Tuesday" and was brought to America by the French Catholics to Louisiana with the French name and became a cultural thing because the British states (being mostly not Catholic) and a thing that made Louisiana different from the other states and a surviving piece of their heritage and so it became something the whole state was proud of and celebrated (even if not Catholic.) The colours were picked because purple represented wine, gold represented expensive parties, and green, I'm not sure. (It may have represented Marijuana, but DO NOT Quote me on that!) As for masks and beads, the masks come from the Venetian tradition to have a huge masquarade ball on Carnivale, which is the Italian/Spanish equivalent of Mardi Gras (Venetians had masquarades for all their big celebrations, don't know why.) and the beads come also from Venice, which in its time was the world's largest producer of glass and thus it was cheap to by coloured glass beads to make yourself look richer and shinier at parties. These got mixed in with the whole Mardi Gras package, probably from Italians in New Orleans, and the French liking those customs. (Okay, maybe that wasn't so brief. XD I can't help it I love to blab.)

That's the problem! I don't know! If I had a reason then at least I'd be able to say "that's a stupid reason" and then be alright or I'd feel justified that I felt that way. As it is I'm kinda in limbo stuck between feeling nyeh towards it and not wanting to feel that way. I don't really have a reason so it's kinda difficult to figure out how to stop. (Just like anything else I guess, if you drink and you don't know why it's a lot harder to quit drinking, it can happen but it's a lot harder. And if you know why you drink you can quit easier or have an excuse for why you drink. I know this isn't the best example cos alcohol's addicting, but it's one that explains it well.)
