That's Zoom-Zoom from "The Pocket Dragon Adventures". Β You can watch several, if not most, on YouTube, just search "pocket dragons". I love Zoom-Zoom, he's not just my favorite Pocket Dragon, but favorite cartoon character of all time. Β He's just ... dreamy. *sighs contentedly*! Β
