Resident Evil chibis, or just chibis from any horror game in general, are always difficult to colour due to the horror-atmosphere and lighting making them look greyish or washed-out. Naturally, a lot of my time colour-sampling was adjusting sliders to make the colours brighter without looking inaccurate.

Anywhoo, Weekly Whatever! That rocket launcher might be a bit heavy for a chibi...
