"Holy shit... a Billionaire..." She thought as the enormity of her situation began to sink in "...a f^&*ing BILLIONAIRE is about to propose to me!"

Rachel was currently sitting in the back of his stretch limo on the way to his place for a "Special Dinner" as he had described it.

His "Place" was actually a sprawling 50 room mansion located on 400 acre estate over 2 hours outside of town. She'd been there several times, to call it luxurious was something of an understatement.

Of course, she didn't know of his financial means when they met at the Beach last year. She spent several hours admiring his form as he surfed with friends, it was only blind luck that she had bumped into him at a Surf Shop (turns out he was the owner) later that day. It wasn't until their 6th date that he had revealed his wealth to her, for someone of his means there were an infinite amount of Gold diggers waiting to pounce.

The whirlwind romance that followed the next year was incredible, almost like a fairy tale. Culminating in him dropping a large hint at the end of their last date: "I want to change your life." He flashed his devilish smile at her.

He met her at the door - he usually had servants do this, but with a night as important as this - he probably wanted to do things himself. He took her in his arms and kissed her passionately. Then stepped back drinking in the full beauty of her elegant blue dress.

The Blue dress and the hairdo together cost her about 80% of her monthly rent.

"God you're beautiful" he said breathlessly. After a moment he seemed to regain his composure. He smiled "Beauty is actually what tonight is all about"

He took her by the hand and led her into the house. Through several doorways and hallways - his mansion was almost maze-like in it's enormity. Finally they arrived at a door Rachel was pretty sure she hadn't been inside yet. The moment he threw open the door Rachel was certain she hadn't.

She had taken an Art History class last year, so she knew some of what she was seeing: A long hall filled with paintings and statues from some of the greatest artists in the world: Gogh, O'Keeffe, Picasso, Michaelangelo, Da Vinci.... "f@#%ing DA VINCI!" she thought as she gaped.

He led her through he long, magnificent hall to a large oaken door at the far end. It was slightly out of place in the ornate hall because of the glowing numerical keypad that obviously governed it's locking mechanism.

"Wow. If he's got all this out here, what the hell does he have in there?!" she thought.

"In here, is my most valued collection - only my most trusted servants have seen what is behind this door. A handful of people at most." he answered her silent question.

"But first..." he reached into his pocket and pulled out a leather blindfold.

For the first time tonight her heart sank a little, "What do we need this for?"

"It's a surprise." he smiled warmly.

With the excitement of the forthcoming proposal she quickly nodded her assent. Without another word he slipped the blindfold over her eyes.

She felt him move away from her followed by a series of soft electronic beeps - punctuated by the soft click of an electronic lock releasing. He took her in his arms and ushered her through the door, she heard it softly lock behind her.

He guided he down another long hall, then slowly down some stairs. She could feel a growing excitement in his touch. After what seemed like forever he stopped.

"I want you to be with me, here - forever." he softly whispered in her ear.

Rachel's heart skipped a beat "Oh my god this is it!" Her body was trembling with excitement.

"You can remove the blindfold."
