Name: Red Riding Hoof

Cutie Mark: Basket with an apple
Bio: Red is a mysterious young mare from Canterlot, who is often seen wondering the Everfree Forest. When noticed by travelers, she flees. However, she guides those who are lost out of the forest, or aids anypony in trouble. After helping, she usually presents the rescued ponies with a basket of food, saying, 'It was for my Grandmare, but I've plenty more'. The food, however, disappears upon exiting Everfree.
Many believe that, assuming she actually exists, Red is a Unicorn, as she seems to take her baskets of food out of nowhere, and others claim to have seen her with her hood down, revealing a horn. Since nopony has genuine proof of Red's existence, she remains just another legend of the Everfree forest.
Red however, is merely a shy, young mare. But, she finds the idea of being a legend amusing, so when emerging from the forest to enter Canterlot or Ponyville, she leaves her hood and shoes behind, emerging as another typical pony from Canterlot. This way, she can retain her alias as Red Riding Hoof, but socialize with other ponies too. Her real name is Scarlet Bow, as she wears a red bow in her mane while out of her cloak.
Cutie Mark Meaning: The basket represents generosity and delivery. The apple represents cooking.

Drawing the background for Everfree was about as tough as getting Red's hood right. Yikes.

Her cutie mark isn't visible because of the angle at which I drew her, and because her cloak is flowing back since she's trotting.

Added more flowers in foreground, plus some Poison Joke in the background for that extra Everfree authenticity. Also got rid of the faded shading and added shadows to Red's hooves.
