This is my Naruto OC, Mai. She's from the Village Hidden in the Clouds, and uses Air Jutsu. Air Jutsu allows her to manipulate air and ar currents, for example; she can make an air bubble around a peron's head to they cannot breathe. In a matter of minutes, they will suffacate. Same with plants and fish. Fish use their gills to filter air bubbles in the water, no air? *dead* . I know the picture is kinda crappy but i tried my best. I stil got artist's block -__-....
