Description
I was waiting for something on my computer to finish doing something and started doodling a pony. Because I always wondered how Fluttershy's hair "Worked", I started doodling her. I ended up liking the sketch so much I felt compelled to finish this to get a little practice with colored pencils again since I haven't used them in ages.

Coloring a pony was interesting. That show has no shading for the most part, so trying to figure out the tones was a challenge. I didn't want to just color her flat.

I also hated to have to do a watermark, but with pony related stuff, I did not want to risk this getting stolen somehow. I tried to make the watermark as unobtrusive as possible.

Colored pencils and Micron on sketch paper.

Edit: Forgot to ink in her eyelashes. Didn't feel like re-scanning so I just put them in digitally for now. I'm such a cheater.
