Another drawing by me with a simple background (to take a break from focusing on backgrounds).

The other part of Helga's life (outside of her family at home) is her full time career as a scientist. She spent a lot of time studying science in University, which was her favorite subject, and eventually makes a living out of it.

At work, she is with (starting in the middle from left to right)

Faith- Her boss. Faith is one of my favorite minor characters because she is so quirky and funny even though she might take her job seriously.

April- Her closest friend who also happens to be a co-worker. April doesn't actually stay in this job throughout the whole series. She moves provinces later on and it is unknown if she found a similar job in her new area.

Ernie- An elderly man who never wants to retire! Sort of similar to Faith in that he can be quirky yet also takes his work seriously. He is forgetful, though.
