A lesser pilot would certainly have been crushed to death instantly."

This one was a challenge but the painting of the damaged Grapearl in the back was really fun!!

Yeah it was kinda a huge kick to the heart... I mean I guess there wasn't much they could do so they just accepted it so they could live with a bit of peace of mind but it really is terrible!

This picture really gives us the impression of two veteran pilots surveying the crash scene, giving their expert assessment of what happened. We can see that they are old friends, they are at their ease, and they are very much in their element. You nailed this scene.

Astoundingly good work, Sid, although I suppose your dedication to quality and responsiveness shouldn't surprise me now that we've worked together for a while. I am pleasantly surprised, however, with how well your creative license served you. From the references I sent you and our discussions, you made this happen which truly turned out even better than I had imagined. I love what you came up with for the Engineer's logo, which I think well suits the time period. Seeing how the affects of time and the "demands of the service" have impacted Dayakka were also a treat to see. Well done!
