I love that Vegeta, finally pure hearted, finally happy.
I believe that when Babidy possessed him, he just made a favour to Vegeta. He put Vegeta in touch with his evil part, and I believe that Vegeta was able to fight all the remaining evil within him not only because of Goku that took briefly the role of a therapist during the battle, but also because in percentage Vegeta was more good than evil.
The only thing that bugs me is the fact Vegeta still had the Majin mark and dark circles around his eyes when he was pure earthed. i think at that point Babidy's magic spell should have been broken.

I agree with you, the spell should be broken and the sign on his forehead vanished...but I think at this point it wasn´t even necessary anymore, because he made his decission for the goods.
