Description I drew this for a girl I'm friends with who's moving to California. Which is a cryin shame since she's such an awesome person. Anyway the reason I drew Harley Quinn was cause of a conversation we said the quote being "I never wanted to be the hero as a kid I always wanted to be the Badass villain like Harley or Ivy" going from her personality she's more like Harley Quinn so there's that lol

And yes this is the proper Harley Quinn.
