This would be utterly fantastic if not for the starfield. The starfield literally kills the entire image; WAY too many, WAY too bright. The neb is incredible, but seriously. Tone down the pink stars.

Yeah, they obviously aren't perfect - but just going based on actual photographs of space - there's actually quite a photo well known photos with just as many stars present, if not more. Trying to go for realism more so than composition.
