Don't worry about photoshop too much dude, If you browse for online tutorials and stuff and look at how other people CG thier pictures you'll get it. This picture here, the CG, Is done very wonderfully, I mean it's a lot better than some other cg stuff i see, Keep practicing and you will get there!
